Wholesale Shipping
We will make every effort to ship all items within 7-14 business days. Our items are custom printed upon ordering so there are no cancellations once an order has been printed. Orders are shipped via the cheapest method unless otherwise specified. Please let us know if you would like your packing slip to reflect a PO# that you provide. You will receive an email confirmation and notice of date of shipment.
Please note that out of stock items will be put on back order and shipped when available unless otherwise requested.
Wholesale Returns
Returns are accepted for incorrect or damaged goods and must be made within 15 days after acceptance of goods. Returns must be pre-authorized. Please email us or call with the details of your return. Your account will be credited upon inspection of goods less shipping and handling charges. Any major defects or shortages must be claimed within 5 days from delivery for return at our expense.
Wholesale Payment
All orders must be paid in full by credit card or check. We gladly accept orders via Internet, fax, email or phone. We accept Visa and MasterCard. If you can only pay by American Express or Discover please let us know.
